- A “Pocket Reference Guide” of the ACLS-5/ LACLS-5 scoring tables has been developed. It is being introduced as a membership gift for new and renewing members to the Allen Cognitive Network (ACN). Available through our vendors Fall, 2010.
- FREE instructional videos are now an available feature in the Videos section of this website. Current offerings include:
- ACLS-5 Set Up - A step by step guide to setting up this form of the screening tool
- LACLS-5 Set Up – A step by step guide to setting up this form of the screening tool
- Insertion of Whipstitch Errors – A video guide to insert the cross-in-back and twisted lace errors within the administration of the assessment
Future plans and publications
- A Japanese translation of the ACLS-5 and LACLS-5 manual is currently underway. Completion scheduled for Fall 2010.
- Plans are underway for a series of instructional videos. The first being developed is an overview of the cognitive disabilities model including ACLS administration
- Look for the ACLS and LACLS Committee to participate in the Allen Cognitive Network Symposium in Philadelphia, PA November 4-6, 2010.
